Consumers within the meaning of the following rules shall be any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can not be attributed predominantly to either his commercial or self-employed occupation.
Entrepreneurs within the meaning of the following regulations shall be any natural or legal person or a legal person who is acting in the exercise of his independent professional or commercial activity when a legal transaction is concluded.
Shipping for consumers:
The following conditions apply:
Germany:
Insured shipping-free delivery by DHL within Germany.
If you are a consumer, we (the seller) bear the costs of the return of the goods within Germany, if the value of the delivered goods exceeds an amount of 40 euros. You (the buyer) have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered product corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the returned item does not exceed an amount of 40 euros.

The costs for returns from abroad are fundamentally borne by the buyer regardless of the value of the goods.
Shipping for entrepreneurs:
Germany:
The dispatch "free domicile" takes place - with orders placed via the webshop www.modeka24.de - and an order value of at least Euro 100.- net within Germany by DPD shipping-free!
For DPD shipping "COD" we charge 50% of the normal shipping costs from an order value of at least Euro 100.- net.
If you are an entrepreneur, you are always responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment, if defect-free goods have been delivered and no other agreement exists. Please note that we do not accept returns of goods without prior consultation. Unfree packages are not accepted in principle.
Foreign countries:
